Cultivation & Planting
STEP 01
STEP 01 of 13

Cultivation & Planting

Our partner farmers cultivate rice in Thailand's most fertile regions, using both traditional knowledge and modern agricultural techniques. Seeds are carefully selected for each variety, and planting follows the seasonal monsoon cycle to maximize yield and grain quality.

Quality Control

Seed quality testing, soil analysis, and GPS-mapped field monitoring ensure optimal growing conditions.

Harvesting
STEP 02
STEP 02 of 13

Harvesting

Rice is harvested at peak maturity when moisture content and grain development are optimal. Both mechanical harvesters and traditional methods are employed depending on the terrain and rice variety, ensuring minimal grain damage during collection.

Quality Control

Harvest timing is determined by moisture meter testing to ensure grains are collected at 20-25% moisture for optimal quality.

Paddy Collection
STEP 03
STEP 03 of 13

Paddy Collection

Freshly harvested paddy is collected from farms across our supply network and transported to our central processing facilities. Each batch is tagged with origin data for full traceability throughout the supply chain.

Quality Control

Every batch is weighed, sampled, and tested for moisture, foreign matter, and grain quality upon arrival.

Drying
STEP 04
STEP 04 of 13

Drying

Paddy rice is dried to reduce moisture content from 20-25% to a safe storage level of 14% or below. We use controlled mechanical drying systems that ensure uniform moisture reduction without cracking or damaging the grains.

Quality Control

Temperature and airflow are precisely controlled. Moisture levels are tested at multiple points during the drying process.

Warehousing
STEP 05
STEP 05 of 13

Warehousing

Dried paddy is stored in our modern, climate-controlled warehouses with capacity for thousands of metric tons. Temperature and humidity monitoring systems maintain ideal storage conditions to preserve grain quality and prevent pest contamination.

Quality Control

Fumigation schedules, pest monitoring, and regular quality sampling ensure stored rice maintains premium standards.

Dehusking
STEP 06
STEP 06 of 13

Dehusking

The outer husk is removed using rubber roll huskers that gently separate the inedible hull from the rice kernel. This process produces brown rice, which then proceeds to further milling stages depending on the final product requirements.

Quality Control

Dehusking efficiency is monitored to minimize grain breakage. Husks are recycled as biomass fuel.

Milling
STEP 07
STEP 07 of 13

Milling

Brown rice passes through precision milling machines that remove the bran layer to produce white rice. Multiple milling passes are calibrated to achieve the desired degree of polish while maintaining grain integrity and minimizing breakage.

Quality Control

Milling degree is calibrated per product specification. Broken grain ratios are monitored in real-time.

Polishing
STEP 08
STEP 08 of 13

Polishing

Milled rice is polished using water mist and friction polishers to achieve a smooth, glossy finish. This step enhances the appearance of the grain and removes any remaining bran particles, producing the bright white appearance buyers expect.

Quality Control

Polish level is adjusted per market requirements. Surface moisture is controlled to prevent over-polishing.

Sorting & Grading
STEP 09
STEP 09 of 13

Sorting & Grading

Advanced optical color sorters and length graders separate rice by color, size, and quality. Discolored, chalky, and damaged grains are automatically ejected at high speed, ensuring only uniform, premium-quality grains proceed to packaging.

Quality Control

Multi-pass color sorting achieves 99.9%+ purity. Each batch is graded per Thai export standards.

Quality Inspection
STEP 10
STEP 10 of 13

Quality Inspection

Every production batch undergoes comprehensive laboratory testing. Our in-house quality control lab tests for moisture content, broken grain percentage, grain length, whiteness, purity, and absence of contaminants before any rice is approved for packaging.

Quality Control

Lab reports are generated per batch and available to buyers. Third-party SGS inspection available upon request.

Packaging

Approved rice is packaged in a range of formats from 1kg retail bags to 50kg export sacks. Our automated packaging lines ensure accurate weight filling, proper sealing, and clear labeling. Private label and custom branding services are available.

Quality Control

Metal detectors and checkweighers verify every package. Packaging materials meet food-grade international standards.

Container Loading
STEP 12
STEP 12 of 13

Container Loading

Packaged rice is carefully loaded into food-grade shipping containers at our facility. Containers are inspected, cleaned, and lined before loading. Strategic stacking patterns maximize container utilization while protecting the cargo during transit.

Quality Control
